alison
Think I cracked it, albeit differently As soon as the page came up, Ctrl+A to select the whole thing, then Ctrl+V to dump it into Word, where I could read it. It wasn't pretty, but it worked.
Scheherezade
Bluebird's post may well help in accessing any future U.S. reviews or articles where a zip code is required. I entered the zip code for the New York Met and found that it did the trick beautifully.
Naomi M
According to Ballet Alert forum, it seems Ospipova was able to dance Kitri in Chicago and showed no signs of injury. Good.
Lisa O`Brien
American unlurking here. I suspect part of the problem is that the two full-lengths Americans definitely would want to see--Alice (which has a crossover audience) and Winter's Tale--are also the two full-lengths to which the NBoC has North American touring rights, so they're right out. Fille would be interesting, but promoters might worry it wouldn't have sufficient name recognition to sell. Of the other story ballets, Don Q has the advantage of being new, at least, as opposed to Sleeping Beauty or Swan Lake. (Ironically, I'm on your side of the pond, so while I got to see Woolf Works, I'm missing the tour entirely.) Welcome to the Forum,Miriam.!
