Ian Macmillan
So, that looks like Swan on a String, as ever - but no Dying Swan? Surely not?
alison
I'm sure it'll be there somewhere.

Pas de Quatre
Thanks - Mayflower date great as a back up in case I can't do London. One of my favourite companies!
Don Q Fan
So pleased they are back. Pity no Black Swan pdd as it was fantastic last time...best set of 32 fouettes I have ever seen!
alison
Thanks, Trog. I made a mental note to see whether they were actually touring the UK - which is by no means a given when they come to London - but hadn't got around to it. Southampton's Mayflower is a pretty large venue - I hope it will suit them.
nottsballetlover
I've just booked for my home town of Nottingham. I had no email from my local theatre to say booking for this was open so I'm glad I checked this morning! The Trocks are doing some great extras here in Nottingham so i assume they will do similar elsewhere on the tour: Chance to watch company class/open rehearsal which is FREE (hurrah!!) Q and A after performance on day 1 Over 55s Masterclass (£6.50) consisting of short barre and to be taught the Dying Swan with comic touch! I am so tempted to lie about my age to get into this....!!! Happy autumn to look forward to Edited March 28, 2015 by nottsballetlover
Pas de Quatre
I hope they do the same in Southampton! Is the information on the Trocks website or the theatre's?
nottsballetlover
I hope they do the same in Southampton! Is the information on the Trocks website or the theatre's? Hi PDQ. I just stumbled across the info on the extras on the Nottingham theatre website. As you say, I do hope they do the same in other venues!
