zxDaveM
is that £15 to see the screen, £10 to get a crick in the neck trying to see it...?? 😉

Timmie
For £15 a head you can come and watch my ROH Blu Ray collection, and I'll include a glass of wine and a bag of crisps at the interval...

alison
I've just had a proper look at this - and am really frustrated at some of the scheduling. Who on earth thought it was a great idea to schedule Royal Ballet films while the RB are performing upstairs? (I suspect the same thing applies to the opera, although I haven't looked). I have scheduling conflicts with virtually every one of the showings I would have been interested in seeing - and it's not as if I'm that heavily booked in December No idea why they felt it appropriate to do long weekends only, although I suppose they do allow people to travel from further away - should they feel so inclined. I like what they're doing on Monday - i.e. a live cinema relay going straight into The Linbury. I'm giving that a go rather than paying much more to be in the auditorium.
alison
Well, that's different - I was thinking of competing ballets!
