JohnS
But at least ROH's news trailed the relay in advance, even if only the day before: http://www.roh.org.uk/news/watch-live-the-royal-ballet-rehearse-la-bayadere-on-24-october-2018 Perhaps 'News' is getting back to providing news?
John Mallinson
Nutcracker insight on November 21st. Did we know about this? Odd that I should find it via Dansomanie rather than the Royal Ballet on Twitter. On second thoughts, not odd at all.

I’ve had a ticket since April.

Richard LH
I gather that Beatrix S-B as Juliet will be rehearsing in this live-streamed Insight tonight, with Reece Clarke as Paris, coached by Edward Watson and Leanne Benjamin. Also Christopher Saunders leading some sword fight sequences. Should be good ! Edited March 13, 2019 by Richard LH

As you referred to everyone else by their full names, would it really have taken so much time to type out Beatriz Stix-Brunell?

alison
Yet - as things stand at the moment, at any rate - they're not scheduled to be debuting together.

Alison, do you mean "not scheduled" thinking of Stix-Brunell as Juliet with Clarke as Romeo ? - because it seems this rehearsal is with Stix-Brunell as Juliet and Clarke as Paris. I don't think we have any other official casting for Paris yet, or indeed for anyone other than R&J. Clarke is due to debut Romeo with Hamilton as Juliet, and also he will be Romeo for Nunez. alison
Clearly I was wrong Link is here: https://www.roh.org.uk/news/watch-live-the-royal-ballet-rehearse-romeo-and-juliet-on-13-march-2019 I could have sworn Cuthbertson had two Romeos, Ball and Clarke, but obviously I was wrong there, too! alison
I hadn't realised that tonight's In Conversation with Takada and Hirano was going to be in Japanese! Is it being filmed for Japan, or something?

I don't remember reading that when we first booked but, as it wasn't in the magazine, I can't check (other than by asking ROH). Might explain why I was able to book central front row tickets though...

JohnS
Makes me appreciate how good it is that there’s no need for surtitles in Ballet - not that I was going to 会話中 Kaiwa-chū (if my translator works).
